![]() When creating the meal plan you are able to put in items you don’t like so they will exclude them from meals, however when I pull up the meals, it will have the very ingredient’s I asked it to exclude. I will do a full workout and my smart watch will say I’ve burned 600 calories, the app will say I’ve only burned like 4 calories. I connected the app to my smart watch/health app so it could track my calories burned. The meals are decent, though can take significant time for some items. I liked the app starting out although I started experiencing issues right away. ![]() I love that everything is varied, but some things could be consistent to save the customer $ and frustration. My refrigerator isn’t big enough for the 6 types of milk, 5 berries, 3 different lettuces, 3 onion types, not to mention 7 oils, etc etc etc. I don’t need to buy a whole thing of almond milk or coconut milk for 1 or 2 meals, then see it wasted as I didn’t touch it again. Lastly, I have been surprised at how good some of these meals are and I am losing weight and feeling better! I do not like that the ingredients are so varied that I’ve doubled my grocery spending to almost $300/week or more. Currently, I add everything to a spreadsheet and place my grocery order based on that taking 4 or more hours. It would be helpful to have the shopping list reflect that as an option/meal. I am also making the dinners for 4-6 people as I am not making 2 meals for my whole family. If I change a meal for another option the data isn’t reflected in the shopping list. It would be helpful to be able to do that. If I go out or make something for a special occasion, I can’t add what I actually ate… even if it isn’t on the plan. I say 3-4 as 1 week I was traveling for work and, obviously, didn’t cook at the hotel. ![]() I have been using Beyond Body for about 3-4 weeks.
